Refund Policy

The short version

If a report has not been generated yet, you get your money back. If it has, we look at what happened before deciding.

Trial Pack

The Trial Pack is refundable as long as the reading has not been processed yet. Once a report is generated, the reading is complete, and that purchase is no longer refundable.

Monthly and annual subscriptions

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the time already paid for, but your access continues through the end of your current billing period; nothing gets cut off early.

A reading that has already been processed

Once a report is generated, that reading is normally final. That said, if something went wrong on our end, or the result clearly does not reflect what the system is supposed to do, email support@clasr.ai and we will look at it case by case. We are not going to hide behind a policy if we got something wrong.

European consumer withdrawal rights

For EU consumers: by requesting immediate access to the service and generating a report, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal with respect to the delivered digital content, as permitted under EU consumer law. This applies only where we have obtained your prior express consent and acknowledgement before processing begins and does not limit any consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Enterprise and institutional contracts

Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise contracts are set in the individual agreement, not by this policy.

Questions

For refund requests, contact support@clasr.ai. Where a purchase is processed by a third-party payment provider, refunds will be handled under this policy and any buyer terms disclosed at checkout.
